Do you worry too much?

In moderation, anxiety isn't always a bad thing. In fact, anxiety can help you stay focused, alert and motivated. But when worrying becomes a daily problem causing overwhelming feelings and a preoccupation with the past or present -it is likely anxiety.  It tends to get worse over time, affecting work or school performance, relationships and your overall happiness. 

 

Anxiety can be treated. I use collaborative, goal-oriented approaches to understanding relationships between your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and how that all relates to your anxiety.  Are you ready to face anxiety and create a balanced, more fulfilling life with less stress and worry?
