I provide support for people who feel overwhelmed or would like to work through a life challenge. I can help you find ways to untangle your thinking and learn strategies to cope so you can feel more balance in your daily life. We can collaborate on a plan to get you back on track.
What’s it like to work with me?
I’ve been described as engaging, open-minded and down-to-earth, with a good sense of humor. I
provide a safe space to empty your concerns, help you problem-solve and learn more about yourself along the way. I'll guide you to view problems from different angles and help you recognize patterns and themes in your life. This heightens awareness to foster positive change. I'll help you co-create an action plan for in-between sessions.
What type of therapy do I practice?
I use a combination of evidence-based therapy styles including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution-Focused, Positive Psychology and talk therapy. I also offer expressive arts therapy for those seeking an alternative approach toward positive change. Together we can improve areas of your life to optimize happiness.
Every person’s experience of mental challenges is unique. I separate people from their problems in order to highlight their inner strengths. I prefer speaking in terms of “mental wellness” rather than “mental illness." This shift in perspective promotes healing and discourages mental health stigma.

My main office is located in Central Marin. I also work onsite at a major technology company and offer video therapy. I treat adults and teens.
